Delete your data
You can ask us to delete everything jammie holds about your brand at any time. We do it within 7 days and reply when it is done.
1. Ask us
- In jammie: open your account menu and choose Delete my data. It writes the request from your own email.
- By email: write to privacy@jammie.ai from your work email and include your store’s website address.
2. What we delete
- Your brand’s read, ideas, jams and drafts.
- Images and videos made for your brand.
- Every connection, key and token you gave us.
- Your workspace and its activity log.
We keep one short record that a deletion happened: when, who asked, and how much was removed. It holds none of your content.
Our backups keep a copy until they age out, at most 14 days. Deleted files are gone from storage within 7 days. Sign-ins end on their own.
3. Remove jammie’s access in your tools
We never change your accounts, so we do not remove our own access for you. Remove it in each tool you connected:
| Tool | Where to remove jammie |
|---|---|
| Shopify | Shopify admin › Settings › Apps and sales channels › uninstall jammie |
| Meta (business) | Meta Business Settings › Integrations › Business integrations › remove jammie |
| Facebook (personal) | Facebook › Settings and privacy › Settings › Apps and websites › remove jammie. You can ask for your data to be deleted from the same place |
| myaccount.google.com/permissions › remove jammie. In Google Analytics, also remove jammie’s service account under Admin › Property access management | |
| Slack | Slack › Settings › Manage apps › jammie › Remove app |
| Klaviyo | Klaviyo › Settings › API keys › revoke the key you gave jammie |
| Judge.me | Judge.me › Settings › Integrations › regenerate the API token you gave jammie |
Shoppers’ data
jammie never reads shoppers’ names, emails, phone numbers or addresses. When Shopify sends us a customer data request or an erasure request, we answer it.
