Privacy policy
jammie is in a design-partner preview. This page says plainly what we do today. A full policy comes before we open to everyone.
Who runs jammie
jammie is run by Yellow Monk Technologies LLP, 3, Kalpataru, Kishor Suryawanshi Marg, MERI, Nashik 422003, India. For anything on this page, write to privacy@jammie.ai.
What we read
- Your store’s public website: pages, products and prices.
- Public reviews of your brand.
- Your rivals’ public websites, and the ads you and they run in Meta’s public Ad Library.
- What AI assistants answer when shoppers ask about your category.
We read all of this for one reason: to write marketing ideas for your brand. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for anyone else’s brand.
Accounts you connect
Only if your team connects them. Access is read-only: jammie never posts, spends or changes anything in your accounts. Keys are stored encrypted, and only your team sees what they show.
| Tool | What we read | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Shopify | Products, stock, orders, and how many orders each customer has placed | Store fixes, offers, stock ideas |
| Meta | Your ad accounts (ads, spend, results) and your Page | Which ads to scale or stop, new ads to test |
| Google Analytics | Reports for the property you choose | What visitors do on your site |
| Google Ads | Campaigns, spend and results | Search ideas and what to change |
| Klaviyo | Lists, flows and campaign results | Email and SMS ideas |
| Judge.me | Your product reviews | What customers love and what they don’t |
| Slack | Nothing. jammie only posts your ideas to the one channel you pick | So your team sees today’s ideas |
Google user data
If you connect Google Analytics or Google Ads, we read the reports, campaigns, spend and results described above, only to write ideas for your brand, and we show them only to your team. We never change your Google accounts, and we never use this data for advertising or sell it.
jammie’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Meta data
If you connect Meta, we read your ad accounts and your Page as described above. We never post, never change a campaign and never spend. To remove jammie, see data deletion.
jammie in your Shopify admin
When you install jammie from Shopify, we read your products, stock, orders and how many orders each customer has placed. We never read customers’ names, emails, phone numbers or addresses, and we keep totals and shares, never a record of any one customer. Shopify tells us who you are (your name and email) so you join your brand’s team. Uninstalling the app stops every read and removes our access to your store. We honour Shopify’s customer data requests and erasure requests.
Signing in
On the web you sign in with Google. We get your name, email address and photo, nothing else. Inside Shopify, Shopify signs you in.
Where it is kept, and who helps us
- Google Cloud runs jammie and stores your brand’s data. AI models on Google Cloud write the ideas and drafts from what we read.
- Data providers fetch some public data for us: search results, ads and social posts.
- Sloosh, our studio, may make a final image or video when your team asks for one.
- Resend sends our emails to your team.
How long we keep it
While your brand’s workspace is in use. When you ask us to delete it, we delete it within 7 days. Our backups keep a copy until they age out, at most 14 days after that.
Who sees what
Your team sees your feed, ideas, jams and connected numbers. Anyone else sees only what is public.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you or your brand, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Disconnect any tool at any time.
- Ask us to delete everything. See data deletion.
